College Park and College Park at Midtown are sister communities managed out of the same office, located right across the street from UF. College Park is a one-of-a-kind neighborhood spanning nine city blocks, offering over 100 different floor plans including studios, apartments, and houses. All College Park homes are rented by the whole apartment. College Park at Midtown is a collection of three newly built high-rise buildings — The Viceroy, The Heights, and The Edge — offering modern, fully furnished apartments leased by the bedroom.
What costs are due at move-in?
The $50 Application Fee per person and Security Deposit equal to one month's rent are due upon applying. First month's rent and the Leasing Fee — based on floor plan (Studio or 1-bedroom: $250, 2-bedroom: $350, 3-bedroom: $450, 4-bedroom: $550, Houses: $225 per room) — are due at move-in.
What parking options are available?
Car and truck parking is available for $95 per month. Scooter and motorcycle parking is available for $25 per month. Each apartment also receives 6 courtesy guest parking passes per vehicle per month, each valid for three days at a time.
What internship, research, or employment opportunities are nearby?
College Park at Midtown is steps away from the University of Florida giving students easy access to on-campus jobs, research positions, and professional opportunities throughout the area.
Are there shopping and dining options nearby? What are the hot spots?

Utilities are billed separately from rent. Apartment homes include free pest control and are cable and internet ready, though service subscriptions are not included. Please note that select floor plans include a $15 monthly water charge.

Yes! Public transportation is easily accessible from the community. We do not have a designated rideshare meet-up area.

Yes! College Park welcomes dogs (breed restrictions apply), cats, birds, and fish (maximum 20-gallon tank). There is a $350 pet fee per pet and $45 monthly pet rent.
Do you have workspaces or study spaces available?
College Park does not have dedicated on-site study spaces, but UF Campus is just a 0.5-mile walk away, giving residents easy access to libraries, study lounges, and computer labs.
What bus routes serve the community? Any after-hours stops?
College Park is served by RTS Route 43, running from Smathers Library to the College Park area.
How close is College Park to UF Campus?
College Park is 0.5 miles from UF — about an 11-minute walk or 4-minute drive.

What parking options are available?
Covered car and truck parking is available for $150 per month. Scooter and motorcycle parking is available for $65 per month. Uncovered parking is available for $95 per month for car and truck and $25 per month for scooters and motorcycles. Each apartment receives 6 courtesy parking passes per vehicle per month, each valid for three days at a time. Please note that courtesy passes are valid in surface parking areas only and are not permitted in the parking garage.
